Beth Underhill Awarded CAVALOR Athlete of the Month for October Ottawa, Ontario— Beth Underhill of Schomberg, ON, was named the CAVALOR 'Athlete of the Month' for October after winning the $40,000 Kubota Cup Eastern Conference Series Finale on October 13 at the Maritime Fall Fair in Halifax, NS. In front of an appreciative crowd, Underhill was the third rider to enter the ring for the eight-horse jump-off. Riding Magdaline, a 13-year-old Dutch Warmblood mare owned by Underhill and Darryl B. Williams, she posted a clear round in a fast time of 35.46 seconds, which became the time to beat. continue... :End |
